Finn is doing well in his foster home. He is your typical high energy boy. Finn is a jumper and will get mouthy when he is over stimulated, so his new home must be committed to working with him on these behaviors. He has had a few accidents in the house, but is doing much better with house breaking, so his new home will need to continue working on this with him. He will need to attend a 6 week basic obedience for training and bonding. He is doing wonderful with the resident female dog in the home, so we will be looking to place Finn with a sweet female. He will need an active family, one that can commit to providing him with daily walks, hikes and training. He is used to having someone home more often than not. With a little consistency and training, Finn will be a super star in no time! He is not neutered yet, but the rescue will have that done once he settles in with his new home. If you are interested in this handsome boy, please fill out an adoption application on our website.

Meet Finn. He is 1.5 years old and coming into rescue because he's not getting the exercise and attention that a young boxer needs. Finn is very outgoing and seems to enjoy meeting new people. His ideal home will be one that will take him to training so that he can learn how to be the best boxer boy. Right now he pulls quite hard on leash, but with a font pull harness, some patience, and time he'll be a superstar in no time at all. Finn spends a lot of time crated in his current home, so we would like him to find a family where he's not left alone for long hours. He needs to put on a bit of weight as well. He could likely be placed with a sweet female dog. No cats for him. Finn is not yet neutered, but we will take care of that once he settles into his new home.
