Experienced Foster Home Needed

This is KONA. He's 2.5 years old and looking for a very special person or family, he needs an experienced home or person that is willing to put in the time and energy it will take to get him where he needs to be. Kona was not well socialized as a puppy and he can be very fearful of new people, new things and new places and he's got a bit of a scary bark. His new home will need to be committed to working with him and they must be patient ....He needs the patience to allow him to take things at his own pace and not force him into situations that make him uncomfortable. Kona will need to attend a special class with his new family. We, as a rescue, will advise his new humans on which class will be best for his needs. Kona is very food motivated and super smart...oozing potential. He's got a huge boxer heart with lots of love to give. He just needs a little guidance.
