Meet Champ! This handsome boy was surrender to a shelter because his owners no longer had time to spend with him. He is 6 years old and full of wiggle and kisses. He loves everyone he meets. He’s been in the shelter for a while now and is getting stressed, so we’d love to find this boy a home soon! He is a very smart boy and motivated to learn. He knows some basic commands. He will pull on leash and will jump up to say hello, so he will need work in those areas. Champ is a medium size boy, on the thin side. Once he settles in with a loving home, I’m sure he will put a little weight on. He loves his squeaky toys and takes treats very gently, just like a Champ! He is not fan of other dogs, so he will need to be placed as an only. He has lived with children, but due to his jumping, we will not place him in a home with younger children (12+) or, no children. Champ would love a home that has the time to spend with him and work with him on some basic commands. His new home will need to work with a trainer on basic skills and for bonding. Champ will make any family a wonderful companion. If you are interested in this handsome boy, please fill out an adoption application our website.
