Hi everyone.  I’m Curly.  I flew to MASS from Puerto Rico where me and my two brothers were left behind by our family because they had no electricity after Hurricane Maria.  Unfortunately we lived in a remote area and there was not too many people around to feed us so we ate rocks and dirt and it filed my teeth down.   Lucky for me the nice vet in MA checked my teeth and other than them being filed down, I have no infections and just look a little silly (my tongue hangs out occasionally).   I have been neutered and had a bump or two removed (luckily they were just a couple of cysts).

I’m super sweet and love people HOWEVER, I don’t have such good manners and I like to jump on people.   They tell me with some training I’ll learn how to stop jumping.   I can walk pretty good with a front pull harness.   Although I lived with my two brothers and other dogs in Puerto Rico, I think I’d like to be an only dog but a super sweet girl and I could be good together.   I’m around 4 or 5 years old, nobody is really sure but I do have a little arthritis in my front left so probably closer to 5 years old.    I’m housetrained and crate trained but I’m not destructive in the house at all.  Just a boy who likes to lay around and hang with his people.
