Oscar is settling in quite nicely and loves to play with his step brothers.  He has been a joy to be around and we so happy that he is part of our family!

Oscar is settling in quite well in his foster home.  He is getting along with both the resident dogs and he especially loves the senior dog.    Oscar loves long walks and is getting better every day at walking on a leash.  He loves to play outside with his fur brother and sister. He knows his basic commands and is one happy boy.

Meet Oscar!  Oscar is 1.5 years old and very sweet!    Oscar is coming  into the program as his current owners do not have the time to spend  with him and are unable to give him the time and exercise he needs.   Oscar knows some basic commands, is crate trained and will try and jump  a 2.5 – 3 foot fence.  His current owners are only able to walk him a  few times per week, so he will need a bit of work on leash walking.   He  is good with other dogs and loves to play. He is currently living with  another male dog.    He has never been exposed to cats, so we have no  idea how he would be around them.  He has been around very young  children and older children and does great with them.  As a young  Boxer, Oscar would benefit from Obedience training, so we will be  looking to place Oscar in a home with a family that will bring him to  training and provide him with the necessary exercise that a young Boxer requires.    Please check back soon as we get to know this handsome boy in his  foster home.
