Charlie has been a wonderful and active addition to our family!!  He’s quickly bonded with our two other dogs and plays with them, sleeps with them, and occasionally makes them a little crazy.  There’s still a lot of puppy left in this 2-yr-old boy!! 

He is doing very well with my young daughter, and he likes to follow my older daughter around (like he does with me) when she is here to visit.  And when my older male doesn’t jump in first, Charlie loves to climb up onto my hubby’s lap to watch TV at night. 

There have been a few incidents of counter surfing when we have left the house with no people (only dogs), but nothing that cannot be prevented (I need to keep things off my counters anyway!!).  There have been no “accidents” inside the house at all (yay!).

He’s such a sweet boy, very affectionate, and very smart.  I look forward to continue working on his training.  He picks up quickly and is eager to please.  He’s walking well on a leash and knows to “wait” for his meals and to get out of the car safely.  He loves to ride in the car with us ~ long distance or short ~ makes no difference to him!  And he loves to chase a ball across the yard... especially when he beats my female to the ball (which is no easy task)!

We haven’t had a young dog in the house in a long time, and Charlie has been such a refreshing and comical piece of our family puzzle!!  Thank you for allowing us to add him to our family!
