Boaz is doing wonderful. He has made himself part of the family and is such a joy.  He enjoyed the holiday and greeting everyone that came to our home.

Bullseye, now know as Boaz is the sweetest boy.  We have fallen in love with Boaz and have decided to make him part of family forever!

Bullseye was neutered March 31st and recovered March 31st  -- surgery went remarkably well and under many watchful eyes, he didn't miss a beat.   Thankfully, he hasn't had to wear the cone as he hasn't been bothered with the incision.   He is now 100% house trained.  All in all, he get’s an A+ for the week.  What a great dog!

Bullseye  continues to amaze us with his energy.  He loves to run in the yard, playing with his tennis balls.  We find ourselves playing "keep away" as he runs towards us with such speed.   Another favorite of Boaz are car rides.  When you ask him if he wants to go for a car ride, he runs to the garage waiting.  He just loves hanging his head out the window.

He arrived weighing 49 pounds three weeks ago and now weighs 53 pounds.   He had his first soup bone today and  loves it.  He walks everywhere with it hanging out of his mouth.  He is very gentle as we can take the bone away from him with no problem.  Bullseye also has a weak spot for Italian bread.  The staler the better!

We are keeping our fingers crossed, but feel he is finally housebroken.  The crate is our next obstacle as he prefers to be under a down comforter.

For 53 pounds, Bullseye sure fills a house.

Meet Bullseye!  Bullseye is being surrender as his family does not have enough time to spend with him.  He is a happy go lucky boy that is filled with wiggles and kisses.  Bullseye has been good with other dogs that he has met and he lived with several children ranging from ages 5 to 18 and was always excited to see them. He is use to the crate, but was never properly crate trained as he will relieve himself inside the crate.  He has been house trained, but still needs some work in that area as well.  He enjoys riding in the car and loves to be with humans.   As Bullseye is still very much a puppy, he will need a family that is home more often than not to work with him on house training and basic commands.   Bullseye will be heading to his foster home soon, so please check back for updates as we get to know this handsome boy!
