This is BELLA. She's been bounced around A LOT in her 8.5 years of life and would really like her next home to be her forever home. Bella was taken in by a family just a few months ago, when one of their friends could no longer care for her. They didn't want her to end up in a shelter, so they offered to help. Turns out, Miss Bella is a pretty energetic, spunky older gal. She loves to run, loves to take walks, and loves to play. She's just too much for them and, to top it off, their female boxer recently attacked Bella. She didn't fight back and suffered an injury to her ear, that is being treated with antibiotics. Bella would do best in a home where she will still get lots of exercise and playtime, as she clearly enjoys life. We will consider placing her with a sweet, older MALE, but will discuss on an individual basis. No cats for her. Bella is crate trained and currently spends all day in her crate. She would very much enjoy more outside of the crate time. She walks well on leash. She does have a growth under her tail and a small lump on her chest area. We are told the tail growth is a cyst, but we aren't 100% sure yet. Bella will need to be seen at one of our local vets here in MA (preferrably Wakefield MA), so if there's anyone interested in her, please note that she will need to get to that vet for a check up, which will allow us to decide the best course of treatment, if any, for her.
She's very sweet and deserves a forever family in her senior years. Email info@theboxerrescue.org if you are interested in his pretty girl.
