NOTE:

The average time it takes to process a foster application is 2-3 weeks which includes screening by our volunteers, a phone interview, reference checks and a home visit. If you have previously fostered a dog for The Boxer Rescue, you do not need to fill out the entire application below, but we would like you to fill out an update. Please email foster@theboxerrescue.org to obtain a form. Applications MUST be 21 years of age or older. Anyone that is filling out an application who is living with their parents will need parental permission. The Boxer Rescue operates in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We suggest that you print out a copy of this entire application in case you experience any problem submitting it. If you do not receive a confirmation form, please hit the “back” button and try to submit the application once again.

I understand that by filling out this form, The Boxer Rescue, Inc. is not obligated to accept my application to be a Foster Home. I understand that a TBRI volunteer will be in contact with me within 24 hours to discuss the information on this form.
